ADB is seeking a Project Controls Specialist to perform high-level administrative functions within the Project Controls group with a concentration on billing administration and project financial closeout.
Responsibilities
- Performs project setup, SO creation, and PO booking in NetSuite
- Manages project budgets including exception reviews, true-ups, and WIP support
- Owns customer billing, credits, and invoice accuracy
- Manages Completed Not Closed projects and monitors closeout readiness
- Reviews AR aging and drives resolution proactively
- Performs other position duties when requested

Qualifications
- 3+ years of administrative experience supporting project teams required
- 1+ year of informal leadership, mentorship, and peer support required
- Construction industry experience preferred
- High School diploma or equivalent required
Work Environment
- This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptops, copiers, and cell phones
- This role operates out of an environmentally controlled office environment
Pay
This position pays between $25 and $35/hr and is based on the candidate's skillset and experience.
