Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage Project budgets, schedules, and forecasting processes
- Establish cost and schedule control standards
- Oversight of schedule management, change management, risk and contingency tracking, and EML reporting
- Oversee Project-level reporting, variance analysis, and performance metrics
Responsibilities
- Lead, develop, train, and manage a project controls team of cost managers and schedulers
- Create and deliver presentations to internal and external stakeholders
- Conduct regular project reviews and analysis
- Provide leadership, strategic direction, and decision-making across the portfolio
- Collaborate with Preconstruction, Construction Finance and Development teams
- Define Key Performance Indicators, dashboards, and deep dive analyses
- Implement strategies and policies to maintain firm grasp and real-time awareness of project and portfolio risks and exposures
- Increase adoption and consistent use throughout the Delivery portfolio of Project Controls tools
Details
Location: Shreveport, LA (will consider other Gulf states with additional regular travel to site)
Domestic travel required; 25%

Must-Have Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, construction management, engineering, or a related field
- 8-10 years of progressive experience leading project or portfolio controls with a focus on multiple large-scale, complex projects
- Experience successfully managing a cross-functional, geographically dispersed team
- Experience with data center or mission-critical facility construction is highly desirable
