We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually description includes intro about company; we can treat that as "About the role"? The instructions: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading. Do NOT put Job ID etc. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate. Include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text. Prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. We need to parse the posting: It has description about company, benefits, flexibility, diversity, growth, culture, etc. Then "The Role" section describing role. Then "What Your Day Will Look Like" list of duties. Then "Requirements" with bullet list (though not bullet but sentences). Then "Ready to Make an Impact?" encouraging apply. We need to decide sections: Could have "About the role" (maybe combine company description and role overview). Could have "Responsibilities" (the day-to-day duties). Could have "Requirements" (the qualifications). Could have "Benefits" (the benefits described earlier). Could have "Skills"? Not explicit. Could have "Pay" not present. "Schedule" not present (though flexibility mentioned but not specific schedule). We should not create sections with placeholder text. So we include only sections with real content: About the role (maybe includes company overview and role description), Responsibilities (the day-to-day list), Requirements (the qualifications), Benefits (the benefits list). Possibly also "Culture" but not required heading; we could incorporate into About the role. We must not repeat job title as heading. So no heading for "Project Controls Cost Analyst". Use headings only for sections. We need to use

for each section heading. Inside sections, use

    for prose,

    • for lists. We must preserve all substantive information: need to include details like "Top-notch medical, dental, and vision insurance; a competitive 401k match; generous PTO; student loan repayment assistance; and an employee recognition platform that celebrates your wins big and small." Also flexibility description, diversity, growth, culture details (weekly happy hours, team lunches, stocked kitchen, dogs in office, casual dress code). Also "paid time off for volunteering". Also "We’re proud to be a 2025 and 2026 Best Place to Work in St. Louis and a woman-owned, minority-owned boutique firm". Also "Engineering excellence, built on people-first values." etc. We need to ensure we don't lose any substantive info. We need to avoid boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. There's none explicit besides maybe "Ready to Make an Impact? We know you might not check every single box..." that's not boilerplate; it's encouraging apply but not application instructions. It's okay to keep? It's not instructions like "apply via link". It's more motivational. Probably keep as part of About the role or maybe separate section "Encouragement". But we can incorporate into About the role. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. Thus produce HTML:

      About the role

Engineering excellence, built on people-first values. At LUZCO, we’re more than an engineering firm — we’re a familia. We pair technical excellence with a culture rooted in respect, flexibility, and genuine care for one another. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, solving problems, and collaborating across multiple teams. You'll help ensure projects stay on track financially by providing meaningful analysis, maintaining reporting tools, and identifying opportunities for improvement.

      Then Responsibilities:

      Responsibilities

      • Partner with 5–6 project managers to support projects at various stages of design and construction.
      • Develop, maintain, and update cost reports, cash flows, and forecasts.
      • Ensure accurate reporting and quality checks on all project controls deliverables.
      • Compare schedules to financial data to verify project timelines align.
      • Integrate and analyze data in Excel using formulas, pivot tables, macros, etc.
      • Review upstream/downstream change orders and track budgets against POs and subcontracts.
      • Analyze project reports, present findings, and make recommendations to the project controls team.
      • Serve as a technical point of contact for APMs, PMs, Lead Engineers, and Construction staff.
      • Perform other related duties as assigned.
      Then Requirements:

      • 4+ years of related experience in project controls or construction/project management support.
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think independently and make quick, sound decisions.
      • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
      • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with SAP preferred.
      • Ability to travel and a valid driver’s license.
We could also include Benefits section separate, but we already included benefits in About the role. However instructions: Use
      • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Benefits list could be a
. But we already placed benefits in prose. Could create a Benefits section with list. However we must not create thin sections; but we have substantive benefits list. Could create a Benefits section with list. But we already have About the role with benefits prose; maybe better to split: About the role (company overview and role overview) and Benefits section (list). However we risk duplication. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Having About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits is four sections, which is fine. Could combine benefits into About the role but then we wouldn't have a Benefits section. That's okay; we just need to include benefits somewhere. The instruction: Use
          • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. If we keep benefits in prose, we are not using
            • for benefits list, but that's okay because it's not a list? It is a list separated by semicolons. Might be better to make a Benefits section with
. Let's do that. Thus sections: About the role (company overview and role overview), Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits. We need to ensure we don't repeat job title as heading. Already not. We must not include "Pay" or "Schedule" sections because not specified. Now craft HTML. We need to ensure we preserve all substantive information: The company overview includes many details; we must include them. Let's write About the role paragraph(s) covering company overview and role overview. We'll have:
