Project Controls Analyst

About the role

The Project Controls Analyst supports project managers and project controls functions across construction-related projects, serving as a critical member of the project team. This role ensures that financial documentation, subcontractor invoices, project budgets, and client invoicing packages are accurate, complete, and ready for management review. The position offers high visibility into project financial management and provides a strong foundation for career growth in project controls, project management, cost engineering, commercial management, or construction management. The role is 100% onsite in a construction trailer environment in Lansdale, PA, with the position based out of Blue Bell, PA. It is a Contract to Hire position.

Responsibilities

• Review subcontractor invoices for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with contract terms.
• Verify purchase orders, billing periods, and all supporting documentation required for invoicing.
