Job Summary

The Project Controls & Analytics Systems Administrator is a support position primarily responsible for project set-up, maintenance, and troubleshooting of project controls platforms. The position requires a strong understanding of Skanska applications, attention to detail, and time management skills, as well as strong communication and customer service skills. This position is a centralized support role that takes requests from multiple sources and works to achieve a high level of consistency and efficiency in project set-up, user management, security settings, reports and queries, training, and notifications. The position will also ensure accurate project information is entered, such as project numbers, and names and system administration settings, to ensure compliance with Project Controls + Analytics standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service and communication skills.
  • Proven time management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
