About the role
The Project Controls & Analytics Admin is a support position primarily responsible for setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting project controls platforms. Responsibilities include managing user accounts, security settings, reports, and queries, providing training, and ensuring accurate project information.

- Set up and maintain project controls platforms
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to project controls systems
- Manage user accounts and security settings
- Create and manage reports and queries
- Provide training and support to users
- Avoid inaccuracies in project information, such as project numbers and names
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Experience in customer service and communication
- Proven time management, organizational, and prioritization skills
