About the role
AECOM is seeking a Project Controls Analyst III to support our Buildings and Places Business Line. This role plays an integral role in ensuring client projects succeed in attaining financial, schedule, and performance targets.
Responsibilities
- Support fee-estimate development, pursuit strategy, and proposal preparation.
- Develop contract-aligned project budgets and financial objectives.
- Support project setup through budget development, WBS administration, financial controls, and forecasting.
- Review project financial reports and KPIs to assess project health and identify risks.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Finance, and Procurement to support execution and compliance.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior project controls staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance plus 4 years of experience, or equivalent.
- United States Citizenship is required.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with software such as COUPA, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in the US Eastern Time Zone.
