Project Control Manager (Remote)

For our client, we are seeking a Project Control Manager to join the team of a leader in the Consumer Technology space. This remote leadership role will oversee project controls across complex initiatives, with a strong focus on cost analysis, schedule performance, and reporting discipline. The position will partner closely with clients, management, and project teams to address issues, assess change impacts, and keep stakeholders informed. The ideal candidate will also help guide staffing, training, and employee development while supporting business development through data-driven presentation and analysis. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually Responsibilities Guide and resolve complex project control issues Interface with clients and attend meetings to present statistical reports Manage a team of Project Control Engineers/Specialists for cost analysis and schedule performance Assess the impact of design and construction changes, as well as schedule slippages Oversee project control systems and ensure management is informed Coordinate staffing, assign project work, and train personnel Perform personnel evaluations and support employee development Customize project control systems to meet project needs Create statistical reports for management on a recurring or as-needed basis Support business development by gathering and presenting data Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience 12+ years of related experience, including some supervisory experience Basic engineering knowledge in electrical, mechanical, civil, or related fields Proficiency in Project Controls Software and Microsoft Office Suite Thorough knowledge of industry practices and familiarity with project controls certification requirements Benefits Health, vision, and dental insurance Employer-paid provincial care premiums Defined Contribution Pension Plan (DCPP) Tax-Free Savings Account (TFSA) and Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP) Life insurance and sick leave Paid time off and holidays observed by provinces Gym membership discounts Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
