Project Control Analyst

About the role

Monitor and assess program status regularly, delivering real time insights and support. Provide comprehensive data management and analysis across all project control functions. Support performance measures, improvements, and business management strategies. Assist during the PPBE process and participate in resolving performance issues. Conduct complex evaluations of procedures, processes, techniques, models, and systems related to management problems or contractual matters, preparing reports and recommending solutions. Establish and maintain cost/schedule baselines, develop Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and related dictionaries, and determine Estimates At Completion (EAC).

Responsibilities

• Support performance measures, improvements, and business management strategies.
• Conduct complex evaluations of procedures, processes, techniques, models, and systems.
• Prepare projections, analyze requirements, and perform detailed data analysis as needed.
• Establish and maintain cost/schedule baselines, develop WBS and related dictionaries, and determine EAC.
• Provide ongoing support in all areas of project control and business management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in project controls and business management.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, and Microsoft Project.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.

Qualifications

• Advanced user of Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
• Experience using software like Empower/wInisght, Cobra, SharePoint, and Excel.
• NASA experience preferred.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or other related certifications desirable.
