Responsibilities
- Partner with transformation and technology leadership to define what, when, and how to communicate—developing core materials including leadership briefings, release communications, and end-user messaging.
- Execute the IT transformation communications plan, ensuring leadership-aligned messaging, consistent narratives, and appropriate cadence across stakeholder groups.
- Collaborate with IT workstreams (e.g., engineering, infrastructure, data) to translate leadership intent into audience-specific communications for impacted teams.
- Gather, synthesize feedback to technology transformation, and analyze trends in associate feedback, business partner stakeholders.
- Monitor user adoption trends and recommend actions to improve engagement and change acceptance.
- Track and report on workforce readiness and capability KPIs tied to IT delivery milestones (e.g., training completion, role transitions, system adoption rates).
- Translate change progress and organizational signals into concise, executive-ready reports.
- Partner within the Transformation Management Office (TMO) as well as technology leadership, and HR to support upskilling, reskilling, and workforce transition efforts.
- Partner with Corporate Communications to deliver culture-informed change communications aligned to system releases, agile sprints, and key program milestones.
- Proactively identify and escalate staff-related risks, using analytical problem-solving to evaluate impact and recommend practical mitigation strategies.
- Drive mitigation planning through targeted communications, training interventions, and workforce alignment actions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in change management, communications, or transformation roles, preferably within IT or digital programs
- 5+ years of experience supporting large-scale technology initiatives (e.g., cloud migration, ERP implementations, data platforms, or cybersecurity programs)
- 3-5 years of familiarity with agile technology delivery methodologies and transformation program structures

- Technical Communication: Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, audience-appropriate messaging

- Analytical Thinking: Experience tracking KPIs, interpreting adoption data, and generating actionable insights
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in fast-paced, agile or hybrid delivery environments
