Responsibilities
- Coordinate project timelines and ensure deadlines are met by monitoring progress regularly.
- Assist in managing construction project schedules, ensuring all activities align with the overall timeline.
- Support the development and maintenance of master schedules for multiple projects.
- Perform scanning and document management to maintain accurate project records.
- Collaborate with project managers to track deliverables and ensure consistent communication among stakeholders.
- Identify potential risks and provide recommendations to mitigate delays or challenges.
- Prepare reports and updates to keep teams informed of project progress.
- Facilitate meetings and follow up on action items to maintain project momentum.
- Help streamline processes to improve efficiency and project outcomes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in managing timelines and schedules for engineering or construction projects.
- Familiarity with master scheduling and coordinating multiple project phases.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for document management and scanning tasks.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with project managers and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills for preparing reports and facilitating meetings.
- Problem-solving skills to identify risks and recommend solutions.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Previous experience in a contract-based role is preferred.
