Project Assistant

About the Role

Engineering Analytics, a part of MacKay, is seeking a dedicated, motivated, and relationship-focused Project Assistant to join our team in Fort Collins, CO. This role will provide critical support to Project Managers, helping with proposal development, formatting, documentation, and follow-ups. If working on a variety of tasks, developing strong relationships, and producing high-quality work drive you, this opportunity may be a great fit.

Responsibilities

• Edit and format correspondence, reports, and proposals, as well as assemble documents for distribution.
• Manage multiple assignments with minimal supervision and collaborate cross-functionally to obtain information.
• Manage and submit expenses in Deltek VantagePoint.
• Answer the main phone line and direct calls to appropriate staff.
• Welcome visitors by greeting them in person or on the telephone; answer or refer inquiries.
• Order, receive, and maintain office and kitchen supplies.
• Support project managers with invoices and project needs.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
• Plan events for office functions.
• Perform other administrative duties, including filing, copying, and collating.
• Maintain vehicle logs and track maintenance.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience in a similar role.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with the MS Office suite and Google Workspace.
• Experience using documentation technology for printing, scanning, and faxing documents.

Pay

US Pay Range: $27 USD - $36 USD (based on candidate experience, qualifications, and market/business considerations).
