Project Assistant
Responsibilities
- Analysis, data entry, and database management of raw data
- Database manipulation, creation of formulas, and reports (Vision, Excel and Access based)
- Research, prioritize, and follow up on multiple incoming issues and concerns addressed to Project Managers and Business Unit Vice President
- Manage a variety of special projects for the Business Unit
- Act as backup to Business Unit Administrative Assistant
- Project scheduling and tracking of deliverables and due dates
- Assist with proposal preparation and invoicing
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
Requirements
- 1-3 years of database management, project administration or similar experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Project (preferred), Excel (expert preferred), Access (helpful) and PowerPoint
- Associate or bachelor’s Degree preferred

$20–$23 hourly (non-exempt position)
