Project Architect or Project Manager

Responsibilities
- Lead design solutions, coordination, and production across small to medium-scale projects, through all phases, in a collaborative, iterative process.
- Partner with the Project Manager to build a high-performing team and support member growth through thoughtful task assignment and mentorship.
- Lead client communication, managing expectations, and providing clear, bi-directional feedback.
- Champion regenerative design approaches that benefit the built, social, and natural environments.
- Cook with consultants and contractors to drive strong design outcomes.
- Identify project risks early and raise concerns with the Project Manager and Project Executive.
- Lead code review, envelope system design, and resolution of complex code conditions.
- Own the QA/QC process and ensure a complete, quality set of contract documents.
- Lead coordination with the specs team and communication with the local AHJ.
- Support construction administration, site observations, and verifications.
- Contribute to project pursuits, including proposals, interviews, and related content.
- Maintain responsible control over submissions requiring your seal.
Requirements
Licensed Architect (or actively pursuing licensure) 6+ years of experience leading design and documentation on small to medium-scale projects. Healthcare design experience, or strong interest in growing into the healthcare market, along with flexibility to work across other sectors.
