Project Architect (Licensed) / Project Manager (Unlicensed)

About the role

HGLV Architects is seeking a Project Architect (Licensed) / Project Manager (Unlicensed) to join our dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity to work on a diverse range of rewarding projects in a collaborative, studio environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage architectural projects from concept through completion
• Create and review construction documents
• Collaborate with clients and consultants to develop design solutions
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
• Prepare and present project proposals and presentations
• Oversee the coordination of project teams and subcontractors
• Contribute to the development of project budgets and schedules

Requirements

• Accredited degree in architecture (B.Arch. or M.Arch)
• 5-10 years experience in architectural projects
• Proficiency in ArchiCAD (or equivalent)
• Strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in all phases of architectural projects, including production of construction drawings
• Understanding of commercial and residential building codes
• Strong understanding of building construction
• Architectural license, or on path to licensure
• Professional certifications such as LEED, NCARB, etc. a plus

$70,000 - $120,000 annually
