Licensed Architect/Project Manager

CWS is looking to add a full-time Licensed Architect/Project Manager to our team. We are a social group that works in an open, highly collaborative design environment. Our work is guided by shared core values and a common goal of exceeding client expectations.

Requirements and Responsibilities

• Have a minimum 10 years’ experience in a professional Architecture firm
• Demonstrate proficiency in both AutoCAD and Revit (work samples required)
• Be adept at producing and coordinating construction documents, including specifications writing, independently and with a team
• Have a thorough understanding of building codes
• Be able to work with small and large teams or independently to coordinate construction documents
• Adept at conducting submittal reviews and field visits during construction
• Comfortable representing the firm with both established and potential clients/consultants
• Strong ability to manage positive client relationships, project budgets and schedules
