Minneapolis, MN | Direct Hire | $90k- $120k | On-site
Client relations throughout the project alongside a Project Manager
Design of educational, civic, and faith-based project work
Development and coordination of project documents through all phases of a project, from design through construction documents
Lead and provide guidance to architectural staff throughout projects
Coversation and coordination of design activity between the client, departments, and consultants
Makes sure project progress for all disciplines is developed for the design of the project
Qualifications
Master's or Bachelor's of Architecture
Registered Architect or the ability to become licensed
7+ years of experience working on similar projects
Adept at design modeling and drafting with Revit
Proficient knowledge and understanding of building codes, design, and construction
Previous experience working on educational projects is ideal
