About the role

Candidates will be responsible for managing projects from conception through completion, collaborating with clients, coordinating design teams, and ensuring project quality and adherence to budget and schedule.

Responsibilities

• Manage architectural projects from concept to completion
• Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and goals
• Coordinate with design teams to ensure all aspects of the project are addressed
• Ensure project quality and adherence to budget and schedule
• Prepare and present design proposals to clients

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in architecture or related field
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in architecture
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications

• Professional registration as an architect preferred
• Experience with sustainable design principles
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations

$80,000 - $100,000 annually
