Project Architect/Interior Designer

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all of the project phases such as; Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, Custom Millwork Detail, and Shop Drawings Review.
• Document preparation and review of architectural drawings, construction documents, and specifications.
• Project coordination, collaborating with project managers, engineers, contractors, and vendors.
• Create drawings, boards, fabric schemes, and other relevant items for client presentations.
• Aid in the preparation of technical drawings and design/conceptual presentation imagery.
• Research and source furniture, lighting, fabrics, wallpapers, and interior finishes within the project budget and aesthetic.

Candidate Qualifications

• High proficiency in Revit.
• Strong communication and client interface skills.
• Demonstrated project delivery experience, including production & coordination of drawings for all architectural phases.
• Knowledge of construction materials, details, and methods.
• Working understanding of the NYC codes and zoning.
• Relevant NYC experience.
• Experience in the Construction Administration phase.
• Motivate and inspire team members throughout the project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• 5-8 years of professional experience in an architectural office.

Pay

$80,000 - $95,000 annually
