This position offers an opportunity to design forward-thinking projects that have a positive impact on communities. As an Architect III, you will be part of a team dedicated to bringing visionary concepts to life.
Responsibilities
- Contribute innovative design ideas that reflect context, creativity, and client vision.
- Independently produce high-quality drawings, specifications, and materials selections.
- Collaborate creatively with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure seamless, inspired outcomes.
- Apply your judgment to evaluate and implement architectural solutions for projects of medium to large complexity.
- Administer with intent by conducting construction site visits, reviewing RFIs/submittals, and supporting project follow-through.
- Balance and budget by staying aligned with project schedules, budgets, and quality expectations.
- Support the vision by ensuring documents and deliverables reflect both design excellence and technical precision.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), SketchUp or Rhino, and Lumion, Enscape, and V-Ray.
- Strong working knowledge of zoning and building codes, specifications, building/engineering systems, and agency requirements.
- Ability to generate and articulate impactful design ideas.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Organized and efficient with a focus on quality, timelines, and collaboration.
- Passion for providing exceptional client service.
- Collaborative and professional work ethic.
Qualifications
- Licensed Architect with minimum 8 years of architecture-related experience in a professional setting.
- Healthcare or education experience preferred.
Skills
- Design tools: Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp or Rhino, Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray.
- Technical know-how: Zoning and building codes, specifications, building/engineering systems, and agency requirements.
- Competencies: Creative confidence, strong communication, detail-driven, client-focused, and team player.
