About the role
GH2 Architects, LLC, a full-service architecture and design firm with offices in Tulsa, Oklahoma City, Denver, and Phoenix, seeks a Project Architect to join its Historic Preservation specialty practice team. This position is available at our Tulsa or Oklahoma City locations. Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Client relations
- Preparing project proposals
- On-site surveys
- Writing reports
- Cost estimating
- Building research
- Applying best historic preservation practices
- Preparing design development and construction documents in AutoCAD or Revit
- Preparing specifications
- Technical detailing
- Construction administration
Requirements
- 3-5 years of preservation experience
- Strong technical detailing skills related to restoration
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to survey and evaluate historic masonry, wood, windows, and roof systems
