Responsibilities
- Assuming the leadership role in managing the design and production of construction documents for multiple projects
- Experienced with presenting and interfacing with clients and consultants
- Proficient in architectural material and systems detailing and envelope systems design
- Experience with construction administration, codes, and regulatory processes
- Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Able to self-direct and manage multiple projects and project teams
- Experience managing junior staff and fostering an environment of encouragement and growth
Requirements
- 7-10 years of POST-graduate architectural experience
- Architectural License is strongly preferred
Qualifications
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
- Experience with construction administration, codes, and regulatory processes
Skills
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp
- Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator proficiency
