Responsibilities

  • Leadership: Ensures the overall design intent of the project is incorporated into detailed documentation.
  • Technical Resolution: Resolves and coordinates technical issues within a defined portion of a project.
  • Communication: Communicates with other disciplines, vendors, and contractors to ensure all information is incorporated into project requirements.
  • Supervision: Supervises the preparation of technical drawings by less experienced staff.
  • Team Leadership: Takes personal responsibility for fostering a green workplace through sustainable work practices.
  • Client Interface: Regularly communicates with client representatives to verify design requirements and specifications, progress reviews, and delivery of final presentations.
  • Business Development: Participates in business development meetings to target specified project, client, or market opportunities.

Requirements

  • Licensed Architect with current registration in your region required, if licensure is offered in your region.
  • NCARB registration preferred.
  • LEED accreditation or Green Associate preferred.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in architecture or equivalent in education or experience required.
  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • 5 plus years’ design experience.

Skills

  • Knowledge of Construction Phase Services.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using relevant software tools.

Pay

The reasonably expected annual salary range for this position is $125,000 to $140,000.

Schedule

Flexible work schedule with the option to work from home on Mondays and Fridays.
