Responsibilities
- Leadership: Ensures the overall design intent of the project is incorporated into detailed documentation.
- Technical Resolution: Resolves and coordinates technical issues within a defined portion of a project.
- Communication: Communicates with other disciplines, vendors, and contractors to ensure all information is incorporated into project requirements.
- Supervision: Supervises the preparation of technical drawings by less experienced staff.
- Team Leadership: Takes personal responsibility for fostering a green workplace through sustainable work practices.
- Client Interface: Regularly communicates with client representatives to verify design requirements and specifications, progress reviews, and delivery of final presentations.
- Business Development: Participates in business development meetings to target specified project, client, or market opportunities.
Requirements
- Licensed Architect with current registration in your region required, if licensure is offered in your region.
- NCARB registration preferred.
- LEED accreditation or Green Associate preferred.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture or equivalent in education or experience required.
- Master’s degree preferred.
- 5 plus years’ design experience.
Skills
- Knowledge of Construction Phase Services.
- Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using relevant software tools.

Pay
The reasonably expected annual salary range for this position is $125,000 to $140,000.
Schedule
Flexible work schedule with the option to work from home on Mondays and Fridays.
