Key Responsibilities

  • Lead healthcare projects through all phases of design and construction.
  • Develop and coordinate contract documents and project deliverables.
  • Collaborate with clients, consultants, vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project success.
  • Maintain project quality, design intent, schedules, budgets, and coordination throughout delivery.
  • Apply healthcare design expertise to support planning and design decisions for: Outpatient facilities, Inpatient facilities, Behavioral health environments.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, FGI guidelines, sustainability standards, and healthcare regulations.
  • Coincordinate with local authorities having jurisdiction (AHJs) and support permitting efforts.
  • Communicate updates, revisions, priorities, and project requirements to stakeholders.
  • Lead project teams and mentor staff while supporting client relationships.

Required Qualifications

  • Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
  • 6–10 years of healthcare design experience.
  • Expert Knowledge Of FGI (Facility Guidelines Institute) standards
  • Building codes and healthcare regulations
  • Architectural building systems
  • Sustainability guidelines
  • Experience designing healthcare environments, including outpatient, inpatient, and behavioral health facilities.
  • Proficiency in: Revit, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, Experience with 3D rendering software and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and client management skills.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and guide clients throughout the design process.
