Key Responsibilities
- Lead healthcare projects through all phases of design and construction.
- Develop and coordinate contract documents and project deliverables.
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project success.
- Maintain project quality, design intent, schedules, budgets, and coordination throughout delivery.
- Apply healthcare design expertise to support planning and design decisions for: Outpatient facilities, Inpatient facilities, Behavioral health environments.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, FGI guidelines, sustainability standards, and healthcare regulations.
- Coincordinate with local authorities having jurisdiction (AHJs) and support permitting efforts.
- Communicate updates, revisions, priorities, and project requirements to stakeholders.
- Lead project teams and mentor staff while supporting client relationships.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- 6–10 years of healthcare design experience.
- Expert Knowledge Of FGI (Facility Guidelines Institute) standards
- Building codes and healthcare regulations
- Architectural building systems
- Sustainability guidelines
- Experience designing healthcare environments, including outpatient, inpatient, and behavioral health facilities.
- Proficiency in: Revit, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, Experience with 3D rendering software and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Strong communication, leadership, and client management skills.
- Proven ability to lead teams and guide clients throughout the design process.
