Project Architect

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled architect with expertise in preparing details, specifications, and construction documents. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working on active construction sites across various project types and a strong collaborative mindset to deliver high-end results for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural presentation documents (renderings, boards, booklets, etc.)
• Develop details, specifications, and construction documents
• Utilize software tools to support design and documentation processes
• Collaborate with teams to produce high-quality architectural outputs

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited school, allowing for Intern status with the Ontario Association of Architects
• First-hand experience in preparing details, specifications, and construction documents
• Prior experience working on active construction sites across multiple project types
• Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office (mandatory)
• Strong working knowledge of current versions of AutoCAD, Revit, 3D Studio Max, SketchUp, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-driven and collaborative work ethic

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of Rhino, Grasshopper, and parametric design
• LEED BD+C Accreditation
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe products (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
