Project Architect
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the technical development of projects working under Project Managers and Principals from Conceptual Design through Construction Documents and Construction Phase.
- Coordinate with a multi-discipline team of architects and engineers, both in-house staff and outside subconsultants, ensuring the project is detailed and executed to maintain the design concept with technical astuteness and within the project budget.
- Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Develop presentation documents and participate in presentations to clients.
- Develop design concepts under the leadership of the Principal Designer.
- Participate in design phase activities by providing expertise in detail development.
- Ensure that designs meet applicable building code requirements.
- Aid with all corresponding bid and construction phase activities in the office and in the field.
Requirements
- Bachelor or Masters Degree in Architecture required from an accredited University.
- Architectural license required.
- LEED AP a plus.
- Detailed knowledge of architectural and engineering practice with emphasis on design, design development, preparation of construction documents, preparation of specifications, building materials, construction costs, and building codes.
- Must be proficient with AutoCAD & Revit.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.

Pay
The salary range for this role is $80,000 to $120,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the candidate's skill set, experience, certifications, and geographic location. Compensation may vary by location due to differences in the cost of labor.
