About the role

Little, recognized as one of the top five “Healthiest Places to Work” by Charlotte Business Journal, is seeking a Senior Project Architect for its Workplace Interiors Studio in Charlotte.

Responsibilities

  • Elevate client performance in meaningful ways
  • Thoughtfully implement sustainable and regenerative design practices
  • Create places that allow communities to thrive
  • Build strong client relationships and participate in complex design projects
  • Coordinate with engineers and other team members to meet project requirements, budgets, and schedules
  • Produce contract documents and construction administration
  • Accountable for project success
  • Have growth opportunities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited university
  • 7+ years of experience in interior architecture & design industry
  • Architectural Registration or be on path for Registration
  • LEED Accreditation preferred
  • Ability to execute projects from conceptual design to owner occupancy
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop, and other design tools

  • Passion for Workplace Interior Architecture
  • Resourceful and creative problem solver
  • Good teammate - supportive and capable of taking direction or leading projects
  • Strong technical skills and enjoy developing technical design solutions
  • Detail-oriented knowledge of Building and Accessibility Codes
  • Ability to build strong client relationships
  • Passionate about helping others in their career development
