Project Architect

About the Role

Produce comprehensive documents from existing conditions and construction documents to details and specifications. Lead technical coordination with engineering consultants. Ensure understanding of local building codes, zoning bylaws, and ADA standards. Review shop drawings, answer RFIs, and perform site visits. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff under the supervision of licensed principals. Track project costs, estimate fees, and write client proposals.

Responsibilities

• Perform site visits as required.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• Pursuing architectural registration.
• At least 5+ years of experience in architecture.
• Expert-level proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and construction drawings.
• Strong project management skills.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $37.00 - $40.00 per hour. Individual compensation will depend on qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, and internal equity.

Schedule

This is a Contract to Hire position with a fully onsite work arrangement in North Andover, MA.
