Project Architect (1142011)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and production of architectural projects through all phases of design and construction.
• Cook up coordination with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Develop and review contract documents and project deliverables with a strong focus on quality control and consistency.
• Maintain project budgets, schedules, and design intent throughout the project lifecycle.
• Interpret and apply building codes and regulatory requirements.
• Cook up with local authorities having jurisdiction (AHJs) to support permitting and approvals.
• Resolve project challenges through proactive problem-solving and effective communication.
• Lead internal project teams and support clients throughout the design and construction process.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture required.
• 8–10 years of architectural experience.
• Strong background in ground-up construction projects, exterior reskin/renovation projects, and steel construction.
• Proficiency in experience in commercial and/or healthcare project types preferred.
• Revit, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite experience, and proficiency in 3D rendering software and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and client relationship skills.
• Proven ability to lead project teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
