We’re looking for a Project & Account Manager who makes clients feel well cared for and keeps creative work moving smoothly. You’ll manage projects from initial planning through completion, taking ownership of schedules, budgets, coordination, and client communication — at times with all the glory of a Fast and Furious franchise installment. You’ll build friendly, trusted relationships, anticipate questions, and help clients understand what’s happening, what we need from them, and how their decisions affect the work. You’ll report to the Director of Project Management and collaborate closely with our owner/creative director, and creative team. You’ll keep everyone connected to the creative brief and the problem we’re solving. You’ll bring organization, curiosity, and sound judgment to a small team where each person’s contribution matters.

Success in this role looks like: clients feel informed and supported. The team knows what is needed and why. Projects stay aligned with their goals, and budget or schedule concerns are addressed early.

Responsibilities
