Project Analyst - Data/Record Management
Location: Waltham, Massachusetts (On-Site)
About the role
We are seeking a detail-driven professional to help keep capital and operational expense work moving efficiently through the engineering and design workflow. Our team is looking for someone who can coordinate project packages, track progress, and support closeout activities that help ensure work is completed accurately and on time.
Responsibilities
- Support creation of preliminary work packages, including detailed work descriptions, historic asset data, GIS, scanned data, sketches, customer data, and relevant templates.
- Track and report on progress of capital work from inception to closeout, with a focus on gas system engineering and design responsibilities.
- Support development and assembly of project work packages, including procurement and tracking of project materials and documentation.
- Coordinate permitting support, monitor engineering charges and costs, process purchase orders and invoices, and provide reporting and analysis for closeout and quality assurance activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of detailed work experience required, or 5+ years of detailed work experience in lieu of a degree.
- Demonstrated high level of personal initiative and the ability to interact with a diverse group of company personnel.
- Proven ability to research, compile, coordinate, review, document, organize, verify data, conduct independent analysis, and identify inconsistencies.
- Valid driver’s license required.
