Project Analyst

About the role

Velos is seeking a Project Analyst to support the General Services Administration (GSA) Assisted Acquisition Services (AAS). This position will be remote.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating, analyzing, and documenting project requirements throughout the lifecycle.
• Tracking project completion within planned scope, schedule, and budget.
• Serving as a liaison to technical, functional, and non-functional teams.
• Managing databases and running reports.
• Supporting data calls from internal and external stakeholders.
• Advising clients on best practices and ensuring the integrated project team meets deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant federal Program Analyst experience, preferably in requirements or financial analysis.
• Public Trust Clearance or ability to obtain one.
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to analyze project financials and deliverables to ensure compliance.
• Expert communications skills, both oral and written, with the ability to interface with peers, government leadership, industry partners, and relevant stakeholders.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite, and related database and spreadsheet applications (e.g., MS Excel, Google Sheets).
• Ability to manage time, organize priorities, and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Preferred: TS/SCI Eligibility.
• Experience with Federal Contracts.

$80,000 - $90,000 per year
