WHY DO WE NEED YOU? As part of North America Global Business Services (GBS), the Project Management Office (PMO) helps deliver priority Finance and shared services initiatives that support business value, process excellence, digital innovation, and sustainable adoption. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of projects within a small, collaborative core team, while also supporting GBS tower-led initiatives across North America. Projects focus on standardization, automation, process optimization, and disciplined project execution that help move initiatives from planning through implementation and measurable outcomes. Each day is different, with responsibilities that include coordinating project activities across GBS towers and business stakeholders, tracking milestones and risks, preparing status updates, supporting governance routines, organizing stakeholder discussions, and helping teams maintain momentum toward defined delivery commitments. The position supports project deployments and improvement initiatives that may impact more than 50 North American businesses across areas such as Accounting and Reporting, Purchase-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Tax, Travel and Expense, and other GBS-supported functions.Project activities include identifying the issues, bottlenecks, or improvement opportunities within current processes and proposing solutions that may include artificial intelligence; automation, process mining, and other digital technologies; such as supporting the implementation, expansion, and value realization of Celonis across Saint-Gobain North America; coordinating related change management activities, and helping track project readiness, adoption, risks, and benefits across major GBS initiatives.With exposure to executive management in North America, this role provides the opportunity to contribute to step-change improvements by helping projects stay organized, risks visible, stakeholders informed, and business outcomes connected to measurable process improvements.The team members possess a positive attitude and approach each new challenge as an opportunity to add value, organization, and improvement.While this role is a hybrid work-from-home, the candidate will follow the Malvern in office attendance guidelines. Travel is minimal. IS THIS JOB FOR YOU? Qualifications The candidate should bring a curious, analytical mindset; strong communication skills; comfort working across functions; and the ability to organize work, solve problems, and follow through in a fast-paced project environment. Additional qualifications include: 3-5 years of experience in a professional setting supporting project management, continuous improvement, business transformation, shared services, or operational improvement initiatives; experience with project governance, milestone tracking, or change management is preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of ERP platforms, finance systems, workflow tools, or project management platforms; SAP, QAD, Monday.com, or automation experience is a plus.Well-developed organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.Detail-oriented with strong analytical ability, problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate project information into clear insights, risks, actions, and status updates.Bachelor’s degree in business, or related field, or equivalent experience.Proficient in Microsoft Office products, with strong Excel and PowerPoint, familiarity with Microsoft Copilot is a plus skills; ability to organize, analyze, and present project information clearly for stakeholders and leadership.
