Job Overview

Company: Contractors Capital Solutions LLC.

Salary/Pay Rate: $50,000 to $80,000 per year (Plus Year-End Bonus).

Location: Scottsdale, AZ.

Job/Employment Type: Full-Time.

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday to Friday.

Project Scope: Commercial, Government, Industrial, Union, and Data Center Projects.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of verified, hands-on project or corporate accounting experience specifically within the construction sector.
• Minimum of an Associate’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a structurally equivalent academic discipline.
• Deep operational command of construction job cost accounting frameworks, WIP analysis, and structural financial reporting.
• Demonstrated proficiency utilizing enterprise-grade construction accounting ERP engines and automated ledger systems.
• Meticulous data organization and arithmetic analytical skills paired with a collaborative, proactive communication style.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related corporate business discipline.
• Extensive experience navigating complex union labor allocations, certified payroll cost coding, or government contract parameters.
• Direct working knowledge of specialized industry financial integration tools such as Textura, Sage, CMiC, or Viewpoint.

How You Will Make An Impact

• Author precise journal entries and execute structural general ledger audits to preserve total accounting accuracy.
• Lead complete month-end and year-end financial closing activities for multi-sector project accounts.
• Generate and analyze sophisticated Work-in-Progress (WIP) schedules, cash flow forecasts, and percent-complete reports.
• Calculate exact cost-to-complete (CTC) formulations and reconcile specialized job-level expenditures against budgets.
• Oversee the posting, auditing, and processing of high-volume sub-tier accounts payable and progressive accounts receivable billing cycles.
• Administer construction ERP data integrity, maintain optimized charts of accounts, and reinforce strict internal financial controls.
• Direct critical tax compliance support functions including 1099 distributions, sales/use tax filings, and corporate bonding coordination.
• Translate dense financial metrics into actionable, strategic project insights for non-finance field operations teams.
