Job Details
- Prepare AIA owner requisitions and agency draw packages (HPD, HDC, HCR, HUD)
- Process subcontractor pay applications, lien waivers, and compliance documentation
- Maintain job cost ledgers, change orders, and contract files for assigned projects
- Support PMs and the Controller with monthly cost reporting and WIP schedules
- Assist with tax credit equity pay-ins, draw certifications, and project-level closeouts
- Track subcontractor compliance including W-9s, COIs, M/WBE participation, and prevailing wage where applicable
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of accounting experience, construction industry strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Exposure to affordable housing, LIHTC, or public agency draws is a major plus — but we'll train the right person
- Experience with Sage 300 CRE, Foundation, or similar construction accounting software a plus
- Strong Excel, organized, accurate, and a self-starter
