Responsibilities
- Project setup and closeout
- Prepare customer billings and support collections efforts
- Monitor projects for contract compliance
- Analyze monthly Work-in-Progress results
- Prepare project financial reports
- Maintain cost structure and data integrity
- Support Project Managers on accounting and reporting issues
- Work with AR/AP on cash and collections
- Assist in audits as needed
- Assist with financials relating to inventor and subcontractors
- Certified Payroll
- Other responsibilities as needed or assigned
Requirements
- 0-2 years experience in Construction or related field
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting
- Exposure to Job Costing and Percent Completion/Work-in-Process is required
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other related MS Office products
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Self-starter, detail-oriented, and ability to work with minimal supervision
Qualifications
- CPA experience not required, but a plus
- Experience with Viewpoint Vista is preferred
