Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary Project Accountant, overseeing project setup, budgeting, and financial tracking.As the Project Accountant, create and maintain sales agreements and project-related documentation.Prepare and process AIA billing invoices as part of the Project Accountant role.Support accounts receivable activities and cash applications.Review sales and use tax reporting for accuracy while partnering with an outsourced provider.Collaborate directly with the CFO and Controller on process improvements and special projects as the Project Accountant. Qualifications Experience working as a Project Accountant, Senior Accounting Specialist, or in a similar accounting role.Proven success as a Project Accountant handling project budgets, billing, and project-related accounting activities.REQUIRED: Experience with Microsoft Navision and/or Microsoft Business Central.AIA billing experience is strongly preferred for the Project Accountant position.The ideal Project Accountant will be detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working independently.An accounting degree is preferred but not required; relevant Project Accountant experience is valued more heavily. #INOCT2026
