Project Accountant

Key Responsibilities

• Review contracts and establish project billing structures for multiple projects
• Manage project setup, invoicing, revenue tracking, billing cycles, and customer payment coordination
• Maintain project data, contracts, and change orders within the ERP system
• Publish with project managers to ensure accurate project financial reporting and timely billing
• Monitor receivables, support collections efforts, and help optimize project cash flow

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project accounting, project billing, accounts receivable, or construction accounting
• Experience reviewing contracts, change orders, and project-specific billing requirements
• Strong Excel skills and experience working within ERP or accounting systems; Spectrum experience is a plus
• Understanding of job costing, project accounting principles, and customer collections processes

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: $75,000-$85,000 + Bonus Potential
