Progressive Die Tooling Machinist

Fabrication

• Fabricate complex tools, dies, and fixtures to exact specifications.
• Restore, repair, and fine-tune existing tooling for peak reliability.
• Collaborate with engineers and production to iterate on tool design and process improvements.
• Run machining operations across milling, turning, grinding, and EDM.

Inspection

• Inspect parts and assemblies to confirm tolerances and quality standards.

Documentation

• Document prints, changes, and maintenance records for traceability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical certificate in Toolmaking or related field preferred).
• Demonstrated experience as a Toolmaker or similar manufacturing role.
• Solid understanding of machining processes and tooling; CNC experience required.
• Strong analytical thinking and detail orientation.
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-moving environment.
• Effective communicator with an uncompromising focus on safety and quality.

• Metal Stamping & Forming (Progressive Die)
• Tool/Die/Mold Setup Experience
