Progressive Care Nurse

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care, including pre- and post-operative nursing
• Assess patient conditions and monitor responses
• Perform procedures and administer medications
• Document care thoroughly
• Collaborate with providers and advocate for patients
• Identify changes in patient status
• Influence patient care decisions and improve outcomes

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with an Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Current acute care experience in medical-surgical or stepdown units
• Certifications in Basic and Advanced Cardiac Life Support
