We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate (cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions). Also remove "TO APPLY..." and disclaimer, EEO statements. We need to parse the posting. Content: - ABOUT SEEDS ... description of organization. That's about the role? Could be "About the role" or "About SEEDS". The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have "About the role" heading and put the description about SEEDS and the position objectives. - POSITION OBJECTIVES: description of role. Could be part of About the role. - RESPONSIBILITIES: list of duties. - NECESSARY WORK EXPERIENCE/LEVEL OF EDUCATION: that's Requirements/Qualifications. - TECHNICAL SKILLS: Skills. - OTHER COMPETENCIES: maybe also Skills or Qualifications. - IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS: includes work schedule, weekends, driver's license, etc. Could be Schedule or Requirements. - WORKING CONDITIONS: Hybrid schedule: three days per week in the Newark office (Mondays and Wednesdays mandatory) Work on several weekends and evenings. That's Schedule. - COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: salary and benefits. That's Pay and Benefits. We must not create sections with placeholder text. So we need to ensure each section has substantive content. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. We'll produce something like:
