About the role

The Programs Manager will lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of CALIE's portfolio of educator learning products. This role will own the operational success and evolution of CALIE's cohort-based academies, certifications, credentialing pathways, virtual learning experiences, and professional learning products.

Responsibilities

  • Translate educational priorities into scalable learning experiences that support implementation, strengthen educator leadership, and generate evidence of impact.
  • Collaborate across facilitators, platforms, systems, and internal teams to ensure learning experiences are engaging, accessible, operationally excellent, and aligned with CALIE's commitment to effective and intentional technology use.
  • Define and monitor indicators of learning product success, including participation, completion, engagement, implementation evidence, and participant satisfaction.
  • Lead workflows and systems across learning platforms, AMS/LMS environments, and other relevant systems to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Support collection of evidence demonstrating educator growth and stronger alignment to CALIE's Effective Technology Guidelines.
  • Use insights to improve learning outcomes, operational efficiency, and participant experience over time.

Requirements

  • A 4 Year Degree.
  • Experience in education, learning design, or related field.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Understanding of adult learning theory, Universal Design for Learning, and implementation science.
  • Ability to manage and maintain consistent standards across delivery, participant support, and facilitation excellence.
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant systems.

  • Experience in designing and delivering learning experiences that lead to meaningful application and educator growth.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Experience with data analysis and evaluation of learning outcomes.

Skills

Benefits

Flexible remote work environment; Standard 8-hour workday within core operating hours; Approximately 10 percent travel required.

Pay

$85,000 - $115,000 a year
