About the role
Duet is seeking a vibrant, self-motivated, and passionate operations intern to streamline our international and domestic operations.
Responsibilities
- Interface directly with on-the-ground operations in Lesvos and Athens
- Cooking for item pickups
- Coordinating with local partners
- Speaking with local partners
- Keeping donors up-to-date
- Onboarding families to the Duet platform
Requirements
- Interest in social good
- Familiarity with detail-oriented processes and coordinating for multiple stakeholders
- Excited to engage in conversations with philanthropically-minded individuals
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Thrives in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
- Creative thinker; someone who thinks outside the box
- Experience with operations systems and processes or eager to learn

Pay
The expected time commitment is 6-8 hours per week. There is flexibility in setting hours, with the exception of bi-weekly all-team events (an all-hands meeting and a game night) and 1-2 regular meetings with the COO.
