Programming Coordinator - Contract

Responsibilities

• Communicate with our partners and work cross-departmentally to ensure every event and the critical details (dates, production specifications…etc) of all potential and signed streaming agreements are entered and maintained across the FloSports platform
• Advocates for and oversees process improvements around live broadcast scheduling workflows
• Affords strategic planning and scheduling of all our sports broadcasts
• Develops and creates customized reports and dashboards
• Directly and indirectly through team, sets and ensures the highest levels of professionalism in all aspects

Requirements

• Must possess strong communication skills and the proven ability to build strong relationships
• Proficient in Excel and strong data manipulation skills- must be comfortable working with large amounts of data
• Able to prioritize, get things done accurately and manage multiple projects with ease
• Basic knowledge of the sports media industry
• Tech savvy and able to thrive in a fast paced, team environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
