We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role (maybe "About the job"? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we need headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include only sections with real specific content. We have content: About the job (description). That's about the role. So we can have

About the role

with paragraph(s). Then responsibilities: list of duties. Then requirements/qualifications/skills: we have "SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED" and "PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS". Could combine into Requirements and Qualifications? The instruction: use headings for those categories. We can have

Requirements

for required skills/experience, and

Preferred Qualifications

maybe but they said only those example headings; but we can still use Qualifications heading. They said use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have Qualifications heading. Skills could be separate but we have skills list; we could put under Skills heading. But we have both skills and experience needed. Could combine into Skills heading. However we also have "PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS". Could put under Qualifications heading. Let's decide: Use headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Skills, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay. Pay we have salary range. Benefits we have list. Schedule not provided, so omit. Also we have Working Environment - Essential Physical Abilities; that's not in list but could be part of Requirements? Might be omitted as not matching headings; but we could include under Qualifications? But instruction: only include sections when posting has real specific content for it; we can include a section for Working Environment if we want but not in example list; but they said use those headings as examples, not exclusive? It says "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." That suggests we should use those headings; but we could also add other headings if needed? Safer to stick to those. So we need to map content to those headings. We have: - About the role: paragraph describing role. - Responsibilities: bullet list of duties. - Skills: list of skills and experience needed (the bullet list under SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED). Could be under Skills heading. - Qualifications: maybe combine required and preferred? Could have Qualifications heading for both required and preferred qualifications. But we have also "PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS". Could put under Qualifications. - Benefits: list. - Pay: salary range. We should not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. Must not include boilerplate like EEO etc. There's none. We must remove application instructions (HOW TO APPLY). So omit that section. We must not include cookie/navigation/legal etc. None. We must not create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. We have Pay and Benefits, so include. Schedule not stated, so omit. We must not emit heading followed by filler/placeholder text. Ensure we have content. Now produce HTML fragment. Structure:

About the role

... paragraph(s) ...

Responsibilities

  • ... each bullet ...
  • ...

Skills

  • ... each skill/experience needed ...
  • ...

Qualifications

  • ... preferred qualifications ...
  • ...
Maybe also include required qualifications? But we have skills and experience needed as required; we could treat that as Skills heading. Qualifications heading for preferred qualifications. Alternatively we could have Requirements heading for required skills/experience, and Qualifications heading for preferred. But we already used Skills heading for required. Might be okay. But we have also "WORKING ENVIRONMENT - ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL ABILITIES". Not covered; maybe we could include under Qualifications? But it's not a qualification; it's a requirement. Could add under Requirements heading. But we didn't use Requirements heading. Could replace Skills heading with Requirements heading and put required skills/experience there, and then have Skills heading for maybe soft skills? But the instruction says we can use Skills heading. It's okay. We need to preserve all substantive info, so we must include physical abilities. Where to put? Could add a

Requirements

and include both skills/experience needed and physical abilities. But then we would have duplicate content if we also have Skills heading. Better to use Requirements heading for required skills/experience and physical abilities, and Skills heading for maybe not needed? But we have a list of skills and experience needed; that is essentially requirements. So we can put that under Requirements. Then we could have Qualifications heading for preferred qualifications. Then we could have Benefits and Pay. Thus:

About the role

...

Responsibilities

    ...

Requirements

... skills and experience needed ...

... physical abilities ...

maybe separate paragraph. But we need to keep list format for duties/requirements/benefits. For physical abilities, it's a list of abilities; could be
    as well. Thus:

    Requirements

    • A strong sense of urgency with respect to deadlines, contractual obligations, and effective internal communications
    • ...
    • Desire and ability to engage in equity and inclusion initiatives and discussions in the workplace, and to apply equity principles in practice
    • Ability to represent the Mission and values of The Reser to staff, community partners, and the public
    • Candidates may be required to transport visiting artists to events, and accordingly must possess a valid driver's license and have a clean driving record
    Then physical abilities: maybe separate

    Working Environment

but not in allowed headings. Could we add a heading not in list? The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but says "use

for section headings (e.g....)". It implies we should use those headings for sections. Safer to stick to those. Could we incorporate physical abilities into Requirements as a list item? It's a bit long but we can add as a list item: "Sufficient (corrected or uncorrected) vision to read text of various sizes and perceive colors and shapes accurately. Sufficient clarity of speech and hearing to communicate effectively in person and on a telephone, to hear sounds within the normal range of conversation and in the context of crowd noise or backstage. Sufficient manual dexterity to operate office and kitchen equipment. Sufficient personal mobility, strength, and reflexes to perform light work and to reach, stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, climb, and lift as much as 25 pounds. Must also be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time without assistance." That's a lot but okay as a single list item. Thus Requirements list includes all required skills/experience plus physical abilities as one item. Then Qualifications heading for preferred qualifications list. Benefits heading for benefits list. Pay heading for salary range. Now produce HTML. We need to ensure we don't include any extra text like "About the role:" inside heading? Just heading. Now extract the About the role paragraph(s). The posting begins: "ABOUT THE JOBThe Programming Coordinator supports the Director of Programming in all aspects of programming at The Reser, serving as a key logistics and communications hub across Reser Presents programming including Education and Community, Gallery events and initiatives. This role is central to ensuring smooth, professional, and well-coordinated communication between internal departments and between artists and vendors." We can combine into one paragraph. Now Responsibilities: list of duties after "Specific responsibilities will include:" and bullet points. Need to capture each bullet. Let's extract bullets: - Provide administrative support to the Director of Programming, including but not limited to calendar management, scheduling of meetings and securing of meeting locations, creation of meeting agendas and room layouts, notetaking and distribution, tracking of follow-up tasks, making travel and accommodation arrangements, and collaborating on the creation of presentations and shared internal informational documents and spreadsheets. - Review artist contracts and riders for accuracy against negotiated terms; draft redlines and flag discrepancies for Director of Programming review before execution. - Communicate with artists, representatives and agents to ensure comprehensive delivery and distribution of correspondence, tech and hospitality riders, marketing materials, schedules and contractual elements. - Assist the Director of Programming with coordinating and confirming details of visits by guest artists and their participation in performances, residencies, master classes, donor engagement events, and other associated activities.
