Programmer (Salesforce)

Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, enhance Salesforce applications using Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, Visualforce and SOQL/SOSL and Omnistudio Components (Flexcards, Omniscripts, DataRaptors, Integrations Procedures).
• Serves as technical lead, as assigned.
• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, middleware and integration tools (e.g., Mulesoft).
• Understands DevOps practices, CI/CD (Gearset / Copado etc.) and version control systems.
• Proficient with Salesforce data loader, workbench etc.
• Affirms requirements are defined and approved, performs code reviews and ensures agency application development standards are met.
• Works with business area personnel to assure requirement(s) are thoroughly defined and approved.
• Performs impacts analyses to identify interdependencies; assists with design reviews.
• Able to perform Salesforce admin tasks such as user support, data management, defining security standards, System configuration, data analytics, and automating processes.
• Supports software deployment tasks in non-prod and prod environments.

Requirements

• 8 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer with at least 2-3 years in Omnistudio platform required.
• 5 years of experience with Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex, Salesforce APIs, LWCs required.
• 1 year of experience working on public sector solutions (Grants Management) required.
• Ability to guide teams to resolve issues related to Salesforce Omnistudio public sector foundation product required.
• Experience migrating data or designing new solutions on Salesforce OmniStudio Public Sector Foundation platform required.
• Experience in developing Experience Cloud sites required.
• Salesforce Developer Certifications (PDI/PDII) required.
