National consulting company has a full-time position open responsible for overseeing client and internal projects, with tasks including project planning, resource scheduling, and creating appropriate test scripts and scenarios. The role works directly with CUTEK team members, client representatives, and third-party vendors to efficiently and successfully complete projects, fulfill company objectives, and provide high levels of client service.

Location: CUTEK’s San Antonio, TX or Escondido, CA offices.

Responsibilities

  • Create project plans, scheduling, and test scripts.
  • Develop project plans with assigned resources to successfully complete projects within time, budget, and expectations.
  • Review and oversee client and/or third-party project plans provided.
  • Establish testing procedures as required.
  • Ensure tasks and operations are performed in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Document and log all work associated with assignments.
  • Maintain and establish high levels of client service by responding promptly to client requests and ideas.
  • Resolve problems and concerns while providing assistance, support, and training to customers as required.
  • Ensure programs meet client requirements and are completed on schedule.
  • Ensure interactions with customers (emails, phone calls, meetings) are clear, courteous, and understandable.
  • Communicate project status, deadlines, and reasons for problems to customers.
  • Act as a valued consultant and resource to customers.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication, coordination, and working relations with staff and management.
  • Keep management informed of significant problems and progress toward established objectives.
  • Provide recommendations to establish new and more effective measures for tracking and documenting projects and processes.
  • Assist with product and project support as needed.
  • Complete records and other required logs and project documents.
  • Attend and participate in meetings and phone calls as required.
  • Maintain documentation and instructions for CUTEK’s products.
  • Stay informed of changes in client expectations.
  • Assist other CUTEK team members as required.
  • Ensure work area is clean, secure, and well maintained.
  • Complete special projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-year degree in technical services or related field preferred. Equivalent combination of certification, education, training, and experience will be considered.
  • At least one to two years of related experience is preferred; strong consideration given to experience in the financial industry, especially Credit Union environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Well organized.
