Programmer Analyst 6 - Dynamics 365 Systems Architect

This is a hybrid position. Candidates must be local (within 100 miles of Lansing, MI) and available for in-person interviews. Duration: 1 year with possible extension. Hybrid schedule requires onsite work two days a week (Monday/Tuesday) from day one; no remote-only option.

Responsibilities

• Provide application development and integration services supporting various agency applications.
• Design, maintain, develop, and enhance applications within an established system engineering methodology.
• Develop, test, and deploy application releases, updates, and modifications.
• Provide advanced technical support for Dynamics 365 platforms.
• Lead and perform project tasks including requirements gathering, planning, analyzing, designing, testing, implementation, documentation, and maintenance of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementations.
• Design and document technical architecture solutions spanning multiple platforms, including integration and authentication across systems.
• Define, communicate, and manage technical change management (e.g., release) processes for Dynamics 365-related technology efforts.
• Identify risks and issues from a technical perspective.
• Prepare detailed written instructions, documentation, reports, and presentations.
• Perform analysis and requirements gathering with customers.
• Resolve complex problems in a timely manner and seek optimum solutions.
• Communicate technical terminology at a level appropriate to the audience.
• Troubleshoot application issues under pressure.

Requirements

• 5+ years of extensive experience with MS Dynamics, MS Azure, and Application Support.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Portal, and Power Pages.
• 5+ years of experience with Infrastructure, Network, and Application Support.
• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Customer Service Analyst.
• 5+ years of working experience with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementations.
• 3+ years of architect experience.
• 5+ years of experience with Power Platform Solutions, particularly Power Automate and Power Pages.
• 5+ years of Microsoft Azure platform experience.
• 5+ years of Azure DevOps experience.
• 3+ years of Data Architecture experience.
• Experience with CI/CD and Release Management.
• Experience with Azure Communications and APIs.
• Ability to handle highly complex assignments in a high-stress work environment.

• ITIL Foundation Certification
