Position Overview

My client is seeking a Programmatic Digital Marketing Analyst to join a growing digital media team. This role is responsible for executing, monitoring, and optimizing programmatic advertising campaigns across multiple digital channels to maximize campaign performance and achieve client objectives. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about digital advertising, with the ability to leverage data to drive campaign success in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leverage data to drive campaign success in a fast-paced environment.
  • Launch, manage, and optimize programmatic campaigns across display, video, audio, and Connected TV (CTV).
  • Maintain and optimize campaign performance by making adjustments to pacing, targeting, bidding, and overall ROI.
  • Analyze campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and performance insights.
  • Troubleshoot campaign delivery issues and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful execution.
  • Utilize Excel and reporting tools to analyze large datasets and prepare campaign performance reports.
  • Provide recommendations to improve campaign efficiency and meet client goals.
  • Monitor inventory utilization and campaign profitability while minimizing delivery risks.
  • Stay up-to-date on digital advertising trends, programmatic technologies, and industry best practices.
  • Support campaign planning by recommending optimization strategies and achievable performance goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in programmatic advertising, digital campaign management, or digital media.
  • Experience managing campaigns through programmatic platforms or DSPs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret campaign data.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI or other reporting tools is a plus.
  • Understanding of digital advertising metrics, bidding strategies, targeting, and campaign optimization.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Connected TV (CTV), video, display, or audio advertising.
  • Familiarity with demand-side platforms (DSPs), ad tech, and campaign automation.
  • Knowledge of APIs or advertising technologies is a plus.
  • Passion for digital media, marketing technology, and continuous learning.
