About the role

We're seeking a bold, strategic Programmatic Strategist to join our dynamic team. Ideal candidates thrive in the fast-paced world of SaaS and B2B marketing, bringing big ideas and impactful campaigns to life.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Management: Strategy Development, Data Integration, Planning and Setup, Optimization, Reporting, Troubleshooting
• Team Collaboration: Cross-functional Coordination, Client Relationship Management

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven experience in programmatic roles
• Expertise in media buying: building and optimizing campaigns in DSPs, preference for TTD and DV360
• Strong understanding of programmatic and other channels working together
• Experience driving programmatic growth across clients in the B2B/SaaS landscape with budgets over $50k/month
• Excellent cross-collaboration skills, both internally and externally
• Solid analytical ability, exceptional attention to detail, and results-oriented mindset

Qualifications

• Hands-on expertise in media buying: building and optimizing campaigns in DSPs, with a preference for experience in TTD and DV360
• Strong understanding and perspective of how programmatic and other channels (both paid and organic) work together to holistically surpass client KPIs
• Proven track record in Programmatic media planning, buying, and building measurement frameworks to evaluate campaign success
• Strong cross-collaboration skills, both within the organization and externally (client-facing)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Results-oriented mindset, capable of balancing multiple projects effectively
